The products presented on our website are not located in Spain and are sent directly from our manufacturers located abroad. The estimated average delivery time for products is 10 to 15 working days, although there may be variations in the delivery time by Correos and possible problems with strikes, as well as other factors beyond our control. Another important fact is that the products arrive in Spain under competent supervision and are only subsequently delivered to the destination cities. All purchases have a tracking code that will be sent to the customer's email within 7 working days, and can be tracked from the time it leaves the country of origin until it arrives at their home. Delivery is always made by Correos, however, in some cases, such as absence of the recipient, regions with delivery restrictions, among other reasons, Correos may leave a notice to collect the products at the agency closest to the address provided. If the order is for 2 or more products, these may be sent separately and a tracking code will be issued for each product. As this is an international order, tracking on the Correos website may take up to 7 business days after the tracking code is provided. The delivery address must be checked by the buyer before confirming the purchase, and if the product is returned due to incorrect address or insufficient data, it will be the sole responsibility of the customer. In case of unsuccessful attempts, it is available at the agency for collection, but if it is not available it must be returned to the sender abroad. After confirmation of the return, the delivery time will start counting from the date of said confirmation, which will be recorded in the order record.
